BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 14

A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING TO THE HON. DENNIS
“DELTA” G. PINEDA, VICE GOVERNOR OF PAMPANGA TO GRANT FIFTY
(50) BAGS OF CEMENT AND DEFORMED BAR 10MM FOR THE
CANALIZATION AND CEMENTING OF SHOULDERS IN OUR BARANGAY.
WHEREAS, the uncompleted portion of the canalization and cementing of
shoulders requires additional funds for the immediate construction, however the meager
budgetary resources of the barangay is not financially capable to undertake this project.
WHEREAS, this project has to be constructed at the said area to prevent flooding
and reduce the risk of infestation of diseases such as malaria and dengue caused by
stagnant and grimy canals and widen our barangay roads.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Chairman on Public Works, Hon. Carlito C.
Quiambao, duly seconded by all members present, do hereby.
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the Sangguniang Barangay is making a
resolution requesting for fifty (50) bags of cement and deformed bar 10mm to the Hon.
Dennis “Delta” G. Pineda, Vice Governor of Pampanga, be approved to wit;
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies here of be furnished to all concerned.
