Sub: UCE (A), OU - Declaration of summer vacation for the
Academic Year 2021-2022- Reg.

All the Heads of the Departments are hereby informed that, the
College has decided to declare the summer vacation for the Teaching staff
and the Students of BE II, IV Semester & ME II Semester from
16.05.2022 to 28.05.2022 for the Academic Year 2021-2022 and
reopening of the above Semesters will be from 30.05.2022.

However, the Class Test I I and Semester End Examinations for


BE VII Semester Students will be held as per the Almanac and for
BE VI Semester Students, Skill Development Programme will be
conducted from 16.05.2022. Further, BE VI Semester Students are
instructed to carry out Summer Internship in Online / Offline or Hybrid
mode during the vacation.

In this regard, it is informed that the Teachers who have been


allotted the Official / Invigilation work should be available during the
vacation period.
