The resolution authorizes the Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Canaway, Ms. Shiedy B. Bayod, to claim payment for structures on barangay property that were damaged due to a road widening project. “RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MS. SHIEDY B. BAYOD, BARANGAY TREASURER


OF BARANGAY CANAWAY TO CLAIM THE PAYMENT FOR THE BARANGAY
PROPERTY STRUCTURES DAMAGE DUE TO ROAD WIDENING.”

WHEREAS, due to the road widening project of the government, some structures of barangay
property were damaged, such as the waiting sheds, fences, signages and plants;

WHEREAS, as agreed by the Barangay Council of Barangay Canaway, the treasurer hereby
authorized to transact, sign and claim the payment for the damaged barangay property structures.

NOWTHEREFORE, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Council


assembled in session authorized Ms. Shiedy B. Bayod, Barangay Treasurer of Barangay
Canaway to claim the payment for the damaged barangay property;

FURTHER RESOLVED, to let copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the EQUI-
PARCO Construction Company for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED, this 4th day of January, 2022 upon motion by Kagawad Kertboy M. Guanzon and
duly seconded by Kagawad Misael G. Dagangon.

at ng iba pang pagkaraan nito’y gagampanan ko sa ilalim ng Republika ng Pilipinas, na tunay na
mananalig at tatalima ako rito, na susundin ko ang mga batas at mga kautusang legal ng mga
sadyang itinakdang may kapangyarihan ng Republika ng Pilipinas, at kusa kong babalikatin ang
pananagutang ito nang walang anumang pasubali o hangaring umiwas.
