“A RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CANAWAY,


KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO ADOPT THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
NO. MG-071 s.2019 “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITNG THE SELLING OF LIQUORS
AND CIGARETTES TO MINORS” TO STRENGTHEN THE PEACE AND ORDER
AND PUBLIC SAFETY POLICY OF BARANGAY.”

WHEREAS, the Municipal Ordinance No. MG-071 s.2019 is vital to strengthen the peace and
order and public safety policy of barangay in order to achieve the peaceful environment and
safeguard of the community;

WHEREAS, endorsing to adopt Municipal Ordinance No. MG-071 s.2019 “An ordinance
prohibiting the selling of liquors and cigarettes to minors.”;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Chief Tanod Pergen D. Maisog and duly seconded by all
Barangay Tanod members present, it was.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the endorsement to Sangguniang Barangay of


Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte to adopt the Municipal Ordinance No. MG-071
s.2019 “An ordinance prohibiting the selling of liquors and cigarettes to minors”.
RESOLVED FURTHER, furnished copies of resolution to the office of the Punong Barangay
of Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 8th day of May, 2022 at Barangay Peace and Order Office,
Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte.
