1. SCOPE

1.1 This Method Statement has been commissioned by Expertise Contracting Co. Ltd
for VESSEL 1180-E (will be carried in accordance with safe working practice, good
quality and as per recommendation) Standard of the AL-BAYRONI.
1.2 This report outline how this Project, will be constructed efficiently, under
controlled safety conditions.
1.3 This procedure may be amended to suit the particular site circumstances that may
be encountered on individual jobs.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Project Manager:

Shall be responsible for Overall progress and Timely execution as well as Completion
with zero Safety incident.

2.2 Site In charge

The Site In charge shall be responsible for the direct execution of works involving site
logistics and rigging works. He shall organize the works force, equipment if necessary,
according to the need and shall execute the job as per the established plan and
drawings with the quality and safety.

2.3 Planner
Planner shall be responsible for preparing the schedule of the project based on the
client window. Monitoring the progress of the shutdown and giving update (progress
report) status of the daily percentage of work completed. Report if any criticality in
the project.

2.4 Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will supervise the development of the project. He will provide
such technical assessment for Mechanical and Maintenance Activities as per the work
scope.

2.5 QA/QC
QC shall be Responsible for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and
clients’ requirements. Preparation of NDT Plan, NDT Procedures, and related
Documents with reference to Codes, standards and project specification.

2.6 Safety Officer

Responsible in all safety procedure for the benefit of the client, workers, plant, and
most important thing to the environment. He shall adhere to confirm the existing
rules and regulations of the company Safety Standards.
2.7 Rigging Engineer/ Supervisor:
Shall be responsible for all lifting activities and lifting plan preparation as per lifting
Standards like Third-Party approval of Rigger, Lifting Tools & Tackles healthiness etc.

3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
3.1 Basic PPE`s such as FRC Clothing, Safety Shoes Safety Helmet, Safety Gloves,
Eye protection should be always worn.
3.2 Full body harness while working at height over 1.8 m.
3.3 Proper working gloves should be worn at all times.
3.4 Proper area Barricading should be done during the lifting activities.

3.5 Proper eye protection and face protection should be worn while performing jetting
activities.
3.6 All the tools and equipment should be properly inspected.
3.7 Identify wind direction during Lifting Activities.
3.8 Set up sign/warning boards, fence off the area.
3.9 Secure hoses by safety pins (whip lock).

4. SUMMARY OF WORK
Preparation Activities:
4.1 Site visit and requirement checking.
4.2 Safety orientation of crew.
4.3 Permit receiver, Fire watch and standby man training.
4.4 Qualification of the Manpower as per the requirement.
4.5 Equipment inspection and for testing by AL-BAYRONI.
4.6 Preparation of Manpower & Equipment ID.
4.7 Mobilize the Manpower & Equipment to site.
4.8 Erection of Scaffolding, Insulation Removal (if required) activities on the required
locations.
