RESOLUTION NO. 1
Series of 2021

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE TREMESITO R. SABADO, BARANGAY CAPTAIN OF


SIAGAO, SAN MIGUEL, SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO GRANT THE REQUEST FOR THE RENOVATION OF
SCHOOL SIGNAGE OF SIAGAO INTEGRATED SCHOOL OF BARANGAY SIAGAO, SAN MIGUEL,
SURIGAO DEL SUR.”

WHEREAS, Siagao Integrated School last School Year 2019-2020 holding a Provisional permit to
operate and to accommodate Grade 7 and Grade 8 level.

WHEREAS, Siagao Integrated School complied all the requirements thru the effort of the teachers
headed by the School Head Adelita M. Degorio, GPTA Officials, Barangay Officials and Parents.

WHEREAS, Regional validators granted the permanent permit to operate as Siagao Integrated School
last June 2021.

WHEREAS, Siagao Elementary School is the existing signage that needs to be renamed as Siagao
Integrated School for legal identification.

NOW THEREFORE, On motion of GPTA President and the GPTA Officials duly seconded by the body,
BE IT THEREFORE;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request Honorable Tremesito R. Sabado, Barangay Captain of


Siagao, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur to grant the request for renovation to rename the Siagao
Elementary Signage to Siagao Integrated School.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution to be furnish to Honorable Tremesito R. Sabado,
Barangay Captain of Siagao, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur to grant the request for renovation to
rename the Siagao Elementary Signage to Siagao Integrated School for his appropriate and
favourable action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: On August 13, 2021
