I recently given birth to my first child and I cannot personally pick up my


IBP ID which I processed and paid last May 31, 2022;

That in such capacity, I hereby AUTHORIZED and/or ALLOW, my sister,


ATTY. ESTHER MARIE S. RINGON, with Roll of Attorney’s No. 82217, Filipino
citizen, of legal age, single and a resident of Lusaran, Dao, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur to process my IBP ID with OR Number: 228261 and Roll of
Attorney’s No. 82216;
