The Chairman & Managing Director/APTRANSCO accorded approval vide ref.3rd


cited, to conduct the 1st webinar subject training programme classes from 5th to 7th
September 2022.

As per the contract with M/s TERI, they have to conduct said webinar training
classes targeting 500 Nos. of senior level executives from the Executive Engineer’s to
Chief Engineer’s & SAO to FA&CCA, among the power utilities viz, APTRANSCO,
APEPDCL, APCPDCL, APSPDCL each webinar session for consists of 50 Nos. of
participants from aforesaid power utilities such as APTRANSCO & NREDCAP 20 Nos.

Accordingly, 19 no’s of senior officials from APTRANSCO (enclosed in


Annexure-I), are nominated for the above 3 days non-residential Webinar programme.
Further the proposed webinar classes will be conducted at 3 venues i.e., Vidyut
Soudha (Vijayawada), Corporate Offices of APEPDCL (Visakhapatnam) & APSPDCL
(Tirupathi).

The nominated employees are requested to attend the above webinar at nearest
venue as mentioned above. Further it may be noted that the attendance for the subject
webinar is mandatory. In case for not attending the training for any reason, the prior
approval should be taken from JMD/HR & Adm.

The AP Power Utilities (APTRANSCO, APEPDCL, APCPDCL, APSPDCL &


including NREDCAP) have nominated the following nodal officers for smooth
conducting of webinar in co-ordinating with nominated senior officials. The necessary
arrangements i.e., booking of conference halls with digital aid equipment, providing of
course material softcopies, webinar alerts, collecting & submission of attendance
reports, feedback forms…etc. shall be made by the respective nodal officers.

session will be forty-five (45) minutes duration, covering for around (fifty) 50 no’s of
participants per batch from APTRANSCO, APEPDCL, APCPDCL, APSPDCL&
