The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lasip, Malasiqui, Pangasinan held a regular session on July 4th 2022. 11 officials attended including the Punong Barangay, Barangay Kagawads, and SK Chairwoman. The council approved Resolution No. 2022-09 to request funding from Congresswoman Maria Rachel J. WHEREAS, the Barangay Council Officials of Barangay Lasip Malasiqui, Pangasinan have agreed to undertake the
project of FARM TO MARKET ROAD from Boulevard street connecting to Melis to Melis street of the said
Barangay;

WHEREAS, much of their great desire to undertake the said project they could not, except to ask aid from other
agency of the government.

WHEREFORE, on the motion of Brgy. Kgwd. ROMEO G. DELA CRUZ and duly seconded by Brgy. Kgwd.
GERALD M. BENITE.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolve to request the benevolent aid from HON. MARIA RACHEL J. ARENAS,
CONGRESSWOMAN OF THIRD DISTRICT OF PANGASINAN to allocate FARM TO MARKET ROAD from
Boulevard Street connecting to Melis to Melis Street at Barangay Lasip, Malasiqui, Pangasinan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this resolution to HON. MARIA RACHEL J. ARENAS,
CONGRESSWOMAN OF THIRD DISTRICT OF PANGASINAN for her information, guidance and prompt action.
