Re: Rescission of. Contract to Sell

Dear Buyer,

I hope this letter finds you well.

On 20 March 2018, we executed a Contract to Sell over a Condominium Unit (“Subject


Property”) in Sampaloc, Manila with CTC No. 12345, wherein you are obligated to pay a
monthly amortization of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 50,000.00). However, you have
defaulted in your obligation for the past three (3) months despite numerous demand and
notices.

Pursuant to our Contract to Sell, non-payment of monthly amortization for three (3)
months entitles the Seller to rescind the contract on such ground. As such, let this letter
be a notice to your that I am exercising my right to rescind the Contract to Sell over the
Subject Property, effective immediately.

As a sign of good faith and respect, I am giving you five (5) days to vacate the Subject
Property, otherwise, I will be constrained to seek legal remedies to protect my rights and
interests.
