WAIVER OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS

citizen and with postal address at _____________________________________, under oath
depose and state;

1. That I am lawfully married to ___________________________, a Filipina/Filipino;

2. That my wife acquired a parcel of land identified as Lot No. __ Block No.___, situated
at ___________________________ with an area of ____ square meters, more or less.

3. That she acquired it by using her personal funds and therefore, the same is her
paraphernal/capital property under Art. 148 of the Civil Code of the Philippines;

4. That moreover, she is entitled to mortgage, encumber, alienate or otherwise dispose of


said paraphernal property, even without my permission, and appear in court to litigate
with regards to the same.

5. That I am waiving my conjugal rights if any on the said parcel of land acquired by my
wife.

6. That this waiver has been executed by me voluntarily in order to attest to the truth of
the foregoing facts and for such other purposes not contrary to law.
