2004), committed as follows:

That on or about July 15, 2005, in the City of Quezon,


Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named accused did there and then willfully and
unlawfully committed acts of economic abuse against his wife
and children, by refusing to give them any financial support in
Violation of Section 5 (i) of Republic Act No. 9262 thereby,
causing mental or emotional anguish to private complainant
MOIRA L. PAMULAKLAKIN.
Contrary to law.
