1. Decree of the Minister of Investment Affairs / Head of Investment Coordinating Board
Number: 198 / A.1 / 1999 dated 30 April 1999 on the text of PKP2B (Coal Mining
Working Agreement) in the framework of domestic investment (PMDN) with
prospective third-generation contractors.
2. Decree of the Minister of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate
General of General Mining No. 1451 / 20.01 / DJP / K / 98 dated July 1, 1998,
concerning approval in principle of application of Coal Mining Employers Working
Agreement (PKP2B) on behalf of PT. Wadungmas Tambang Mulia.
3. Letter of Information from Muara Wahau Sub-District Head Number: 24-2009 / 59 / IX /
1998 on the result of village benhes announcement / consultation with coal
exploration on behalf of PT Wadungmas Tambang Mulia.
4. IUPK (SPECIAL MINING BUSINESS PERMISSIONS/IJIN USAHA PERTAMBANGAN
KHUSUS) WILL COMPLETE THIS MONTH.

COAL QUALITY
The 1st Block reserve 550 Mio MT with SR 1 : 4
The estimated reserves are approximately 1,260,664,950, the inferred reserves are the reserves of the coal seams
With a reserve of approximately 655 million tonnes. Reserved reserves are the amount of coal reserves
With a more detailed calculation results obtained by 605,664,950 tons, while the measured reserves
With the amount of 556,462,643 tons.

Existing road at Palm trees plantation
The Hauling road will develop with 20 meters wide from mine site to Stock ROM Jetty –
with arround 5 kms, see at Map.
A Coal terminal, at EAST KUTAI
This Coal terminal can be used for Mother Vessel up to 120.000 m ton, with
depth of water 50.6 m, at Makasar Sea Loading rate 5000 t/hr, fully
mechanized operation.
PRODUCTION PLAN
1st 3 months will produce 100,000 up to 300,000
MT/month.
2nd 3 months production increase up to 400,000 MT/month
and then will produce 400.000 MT/month in year 2017
The year of 2018 Production Plan will produce 500,000 MT
The year of 2019 up to 2025 will up to 600,000 MT/ month
Reserve estimation in this area is around 550 Millions MT,
exploration program will continue during mining.
