Sub: Legal Notice against the review posted of defamatory


content against Mr. Shashank Shekhar.

Sir.

I am concerned for Mr. AFTAB KHAN (hereinafter referred to as


“ my Client”), and under the instructions from my Clients, I am
constrained to address you as hereunder:

1. That my client is an honest tax paying citizen of India, and is


in the business of providing travels service to the required
customers through his agency established in the name of
“Travel Star” since 2013.

2. That you have made public statements and posts review on


google about my clients business stating that “he is the most
fraud person and might run someday”.
3. That my client is shocked and surprised to read the said
review as the same contains several false, and baseless
averments and is incorrect and grossly irresponsible.

4. In fact, my client has completed various course and has


obtained over 18 certificates from various recognized authority
and union.

5. My client also has certificate from Department of Tourism, Art


Culture & Youth Affairs of Jharkhand for his Business.

6. That it is apropos to mention herein that the statements and


reviews posted by you on websites, has defamed and
destructed my client's long standing repute in the society,
leading to a situation in his life, where my client is now being
targeted and stigmatized as a fraudster despite his faithful
services of over a decade.

7. That your statements and reviews posted by you has resulted


in great damage to my client's reputation in society and has
caused a great harm to his business to the point where new
customers are questioning him before availing any services.
The credibility built by my client during the span of time is
shattered due to writing the false, frivolous, fictitious, and
baseless allegations against my client.
8. That my client is demanding special damages on account of
mental torture, agony, financial loss, and injury inflicted to his
reputation, honor and business due to the
statement/averments, which you have posted on google.

9. That my client wants you to retract your statements and


render him a public apology. You are expected to do the same
within next 24 hours, failure of which will initiate the legal
proceedings.

10. General Damages
