Subject: LEGAL NOTICE


Sir,

I have been fully empowered by my client namely Mr. Ahmed Waqar


Javed S/o Javed Mehmood Sheikh R/o 56-B Johar Town, Lahore to serve you
with the following legal notice:-

1. That my client was running an account for the purpose of trading


through your company. According to the terms and conditions settled
between you and my client. In this regard my client deposited a huge
amount sum of Rs.10,00,000/- against his own account. It is
pertinent to mention here that according to the policy of the company
my client is only and soly authorized to made the transaction through
his free will and wish.

2. That the staff of your company through deceitful means made some
different transactions without the prior permission of my client for
which my client agitated off and on regarding the misuse of power
utilized by your company staff beyond the jurisdiction, for which my
client also made request to your concern staff for the issuance of
official detail statement of account alongwith the certificate regarding
the deduction of the commission which was deducted by your
company illegally and unlawfully from my client’s account. But the
concerned staff are reluctant to issue the statement accordingly
reasons not known to my client.
Therefore I advised you through this notice to immediately
comply with the genuine request of my client regarding the issuance of
statement of account as well as independent detail of commission deducted
by your company and also settled the account amicably according to the
terms and conditions settled with my client, otherwise my client has
instructed me to initiate legal proceedings i.e. criminal as well as civil against
you in the court of competent jurisdiction and also reserve the right to claim
the damages regarding the violation of the terms and conditions.

(a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful, intimidating, or otherwise fail to


respect the rights and dignity of others;
(b) Therefore, I advise you through this notice to continue the
account of my client and also pay damages worth Rs 2.5 million
within a fortnight for the reason of blocking the account of my
client and he suffered irreparable loss in shape of infringement
of self- respect, social repute, mental depression and health
caused by your concerned staff, otherwise my client has
instructed me to initiate legal proceedings against you in the
court of competent jurisdiction.
(c) my client has instructed me to take necessary action according
to the codified law of the country
(d) I have intimated you through this notice that you
(e) otherwise my client have fully authorized me to initiate legal,
criminal and civil proceedings against you in the courts of
competent jurisdiction.

(f) Note: The copy of this Notice is retained in my office as record for
taking necessary action. I have charged Rs.20, 000/- from my client
as fee for which you are also responsible.
