LEGAL NOTICE
To
The Director
GRIET
Bachupally, Kukatpally
Hyderabad - 500090

Dear Sir,

Under instructions of my client Mr. Sadhu Veera Venkata Raju, R/o Flat No: 402, Tirumala Towers,
R.K Nagar, Near Pranam Hospital, Madinaguda, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500049. I
address you as under;

1. That you signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 27/03/2018; yourself


and my client have agreed and entered into contract. In consistency with section 10
of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. That you on recognizing the foregoing recitals and in consideration of the mutual
promises set forth in the MoU, you agreed to fulfill your responsibilities as follows;
a) Testing of all building materials like BT, CC, Tiles, Pipes, Soil, Aggregates,
Cement, HSD Steel Bars, Bricks, Sand, Wood, etc.
b) Report preparation.
c) Allow the Govt. Officials for laboratory visit/ testing.

3. That on recognizing the foregoing recitals and in consideration of the mutual


promises set forth in the MoU, my client agreed to fulfill his responsibilities as follows
a) Inspection, Samples Collection from site and samples submission to lab.
b) BT/ CC core sample cutting and submission to laboratory.
c) Submission of Report and Bill to the client, follow up Bill and collect the
payments.

4. That you on abiding the Terms and Conditions set forth in the MoU pertaining to
pecuniary disbursement, you agreed to share 75% of the monetary proceeds
pertaining to the services done by you and my client conjointly.

5. That you are breaching the contractual agreement by retrogressing the percentage of
share as agreed under the Terms and Conditions in the MoU.

6. That I urge you to immediately refrain from breach of trust, breach of binding contract
and deterioration of pecuniary loss to my client by putting him into critical
mortification, failing which my client will be free to take further legal steps as
stipulated under all prevalent laws and Acts.

I hereby give you notice that if you fail to comply with this notice, I will initiate legal proceedings
either to prosecute you in a criminal court for transgression or to sue you for damages.
