Cold Storage REWORK / REJECTION

Date:1st August 2022

SOP FOR REWORK / REJECTION

1. Calculate the amount of rework that occurs if any.

2. If greater then 2% then inform the QC head.

3. Identify the root cause and fill the quality form.

4. If rework is to be done then dip the job in Surtec 133 for ten minutes.

5. Repeat the procedure for Surtec 650.

6. Check the job at each stage.

7. If final product is ok then note down in the form and repeat for all other rejection.

8. If rework occurs more then 5% then check all the parameters and analyze the problem.

9. Talk to Surtec technical person, if problem persists.
