MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Date: September 9, 2022

Venue: SHS Computer Laboratory
Agenda: First 2 weeks of S.Y. 2022-2023

Election of Home Room PTA (HPTA) Officers
Other Matters
The meeting started with a prayer by the class adviser whom right after
presided and started the meeting exactly 8:23 in the morning.
Furthermore, there are Twenty parents present, and five of them represents
five students as they are the both either parents or a guardian. Therefore only 11
parents were not able to attend.
Referring to the first agenda, the adviser talked to the parents about the
attitude, and performance of their students during the first 2 weeks of the class
sessions. The adviser informed the parents that they have to encourage their child
to come on time, and to bring their snacks and launch, and the learners shall
subject themselves to health procedures/protocols at the entrance gate (hand
washing, stepping on at the footh bath, and thermal scanning) and go DIRECTLY to
their respective classrooms and accomplish the logbook.
After the first Agendum. The adviser opened the table for the nomination for
the position of the President.. Mrs. Donna Susarno was nominated and become the
President as being unanimously chosen, She then presided the meeting and
complete the election of the Homeroom Officers.
The President presided the meeting, and they initiate to contribute the
amount of 100 persos to be collected by the Homeroom Treasurer, and the amount
of the contribution will able to purchased 2 sets of Stand Fan, and that was
approved by the body.
The President created the Group Chat (for the Parents and Adviser), so that
the adviser will be reached them if he has a concerned about their child.
With what was being shown by parents, there is indeed gladness in the heart
of the adviser knowing that the parents are very supportive and willing to help the
school. The meeting ended successfully in God’s grace and guidance.
