Ikaw gitagaan ug tulo (3) ka adlaw aron i-surrender ang gigingon nga propriedad ug

kung dili kini matuman, mapugos ug pagpasaka ug kaso ngadto sa hukuman ang

tag-iya sa propriedad.

Re: Coconut Tree Hazard to Life and Property

Sir:

I am writing herewith to inform your good office of a coconut tree that is close to my
property. The tree is about thirty feet tall that needs to be maintained regularly for it not to
cause hazard to life and property.

I have difficulties in acquiring the manpower for its regular maintenance of trimming its
palms or harvesting its fruits, due to that, unmaintained growth would be a nuisance, its
fruits and palms would destroy property by falling on our roof and that of our neighbors’ and
much worse is the danger of it falling on our children and cause life threatening injuries .

In connection thereto, I hereby humbly request your good office to grant me the permission
to cut-down or stop the growth of the said tree.
