Answer
1. The reasons why social inequalities exist in the society is
because of the difference of the two class in a society.
bourgeoisie or the factory owners or capitalist and the
proletariat or the industrial workers or labors. The
bourgeoisie controls the production (factories, machines,
and land), while the proletariat, who does not have access to
such means of production, exchanges labor for wages. As a
result, power and better way of living differentiate between
the two causing inequalities in a society.
2. Marxism exist as one of the dominant approaches in
Social Science simply because, of the pervading
issue of social inequality that is being perpetuated by
systems of oppression based on capitalistic values. And it
remains as a critical voice against forms of oppression
relating to economics and power
3. Marxism has both advantage and disadvantages. It can
help boost human rights and solve the issue of capitalism,
but on the other hand it could worsen education and
people’s freedom to religion.
