Return To Work Order

An employee was suspended for 30 days for violating company code of conduct. A memorandum was sent informing the employee to return to work on March 13th at 8:30 AM in the Human Resources office before resuming regular duties. Failure to return on that date will result in the employee being marked Absent Without Official Leave and the company may take further action.

Failure to return to work as stated above will constrain us to declare you as Absent Without
Official Leave (AWOL) and the company can conduct due process.
