Lingojiguda, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy Dist., Telangana State – 500035.
(Aadhaar No.890445840452 & Pan card No.CHYPS8734G)., do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
That I am the deponent herein as such I am well acquainted with the facts
of this affidavit.
That I am the absolute owner of the Plot No.25, admeasuring 267.00 Sq.
Yards Or 223.3 Sq. Meters, in Survey Nos. 48 and 49, situated at
Abhyudaya Co-Operative Society, BANDLAGUDA JAGIR, Gandipet Mandal,
Ranga Reddy Dist., Telangana State., Having same acquired from Smt.
NAKKA SUNDARAMMA W/o. Late. Sri. NAKKA NARSIMHA MURTHY, by
virtue of Regd. Gift Settlement Deed bearing Doct. No. 7870/2004, Dated:
01-10-2004, regd. by the S.R.O. Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

Whatever stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
