AFFIDAVIT

I, SHILPA, aged 32 years, Wife of YELLAPPA, Indian, Hindu, residing at D.NO.1-65, CHEKKUNATHAMA village,
CHEKKUNATHAM Post, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:-
4. I State that my Brother SRINIVASULU has executed registered GIFT deed date 20/06/2025 vide Doc.No.6200 of
2025, in favour of my Brother SRINIVASULU in respect of vacant site measuring an extent of 2170 Sq. feet (or)
241.11 Sq.yards i.e. East-West: 62 feet and North-South: 35 feet situated in Sy.No.80/3C1(LPNo.827) of
MITTAPALLI BIT-1(MITTAPALLE) revenue village and delivered possession of the same my Brother SRINIVASULU
and ever since the date of purchase my Brother SRINIVASULU has been in possession and enjoyment of the same
by constructing residential house thereon. State that my Brother SRINIVASULU has executed registered GIFT deed
date 20/06/2025 vide Doc.No.6200 of 2025, in favour of my Brother SRINIVASULU in respect of vacant site
measuring an extent of 2170 Sq. feet (or) 241.11 Sq.yards i.e. East-West: 62 feet and North-South: 35 feet situated
in Sy.No.80/3C1(LPNo.827) of MITTAPALLI BIT-1(MITTAPALLE) revenue village and delivered possession of the
same my Brother SRINIVASULU and ever since the date of purchase my Brother SRINIVASULU has been in
possession and enjoyment of the same by constructing residential house thereon.

5. I state that I hereby declare that I have no claim or interest over the property GIFTED by MY SISTER IN LAW
S.PRAMEELA in favour of my Brother SRINIVASULU under the above registered GIFT deed and that I have no
objection for sanction of loan on the security of the said property.

6. I am swearing this affidavit to produce before the authorities of Chola Finance, Kuppam to confirm that I have no
claim and objection over the said property and that I have no objection for sanction of loan to my brother.
