JOINT DECLARATION OF AFFIDAVIT

We,
1. VOLETI VENKATESH, S/o V. Anjaneyulu, Age: 30 yrs, Occ : Business, R/o 6-1-
2, Sri Nagar Colony, Godavarikhani, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddapalli District,
2. SHAIK WADOOD, S/o Shaik Imam, Age: 41 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o 4-123,
Zafar Nagar, Mancherial District, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
follows :
1. We the deponents herein as such we know the facts of the affidavit.
2. That we are Indian National and the Deponent No.1 resident at Sri Nagar
Colony, Godavarikhani, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddapalli District and the
Deponent No.2 resident at R/o 4-123, Zafar Nagar, Mancherial District. We are
living in this areas since 30 years.
3. That we have own open Land at Indaram(Vill), Jaipur (M), Mancherial (D)
area in a survey No. 594E/1,598A/1,599E/1, and 596 an extent 31Guntas
registered by the Government of Telangana Tahasildar at Jaipur wide
Document no. 95/2025, Dated 23.01.2025 and 134/2025, Dated: 23.01.2025.
And we purchased from one PUNNAMCHANDU USHHKAMALLA authorized by
M/s CSW Infra and Developers. We and the said CSW Infra and Developers
are jointly used as a pathway the above said land in future.
4. We are herewith filing the copy of Aadhar Cards and land registered
documents Tahasildar at Jaipur proves our residence address and legalized
land documents; as such we request your kind authority that we have NO -
OBJECTION to give 31 Guntas Road to LAXMI GANAPATHI AGRO INDUSTRIES
(Proprietor : VOLETI VENKATESH) Indaram(Vill), Jaipur (M), Mancherial (D)
situated in survey no. 593, 594/E/2,595/A and 596/2 an extent Ac. 1.25
Guntas.
5. That we both are agreed to use the above said Ac.00.31 Guntas in survey
No. 594E/1,598A/1,599E/1, and 596 situated at Indaram(Vill), Jaipur (M),
Mancherial (D) as a pathway only and in future we will not construct any
constructions and we will never sale the above said land, we are using purely
for pathway to LAXMI GANAPATHI AGRO INDUSTRIES and CSW Infra and
Developers.
We swear and jointly declaration and affidavit that what is stated in the
affidavit is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
What is stated in this above affidavit is true and correct to the best of
our knowledge, if anything found wrong we are liable to punish as per law.
Hence the affidavit.
