Sub: Request to prematurely close Fixed Deposit Accounts

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We, Mr Subir Kumar Das and Mrs. Chaina Das hold the Savings Bank
Account No ( 50160008374460 ) in Bandhan Bank, Lake Gardens Branch.
However , we would further like to state that we also had opened three Fixed
Deposit Accounts ( 10190006230797 , 10190006232883 , 10190006625604 )
with Customer Id 160000952829 on 15/07/2019 and 25/07/2019 simultaneously
depositing an amount of Rs. 3,00,000 ( three lakhs), Rs. 1,60,000 ( one lakh sixty
thousand) and Rs. 2,50,000 ( two lakh fifty thousand) for the tenure 3 years.

However, we urgently need the money for medical purpose since we both are
very ill and bed ridden. On our behalf we are sending our Nominee who is also
our nephew Mr. Rajarshi Das to the bank to do the premature closure.

So you are requested to close our aforesaid Fixed Deposit accounts prematurely
and transfer the entire amount (Principal + Accumulated Interest) to our Savings
Bank Account with account number ( 50160008374460 ) .
