With the rise of emergent technologies and the increasing use of social media, today
people are progressively divulging into different career options available to them.
Platforms like LinkedIn, Quora, etc broadening the scope to explore different
professional opportunities and have a better insight of these prospects. Students are
no longer confined to conventional career options of Medical and Engineering only

Today, Career Counselling is one of the most pursued jobs having a global
employment rate of 19% as per Industry reports. Globally there is counsellor to
student ratio of 1:250 whereas in India it is 1:3,000, which opens up huge prospects
for career counsellors. This results into tremendous scope for fervent professionals
and promising entrepreneurs to enter the market.

The above-mentioned shortfall of career counsellors aggravated further with the lack
of any structured Career Counselling course with International recognition. Here
comes the rescue in terms of ICCC program, a 3-level credentialing program with
importance on international best practices, pragmatic learning & state-of-the-art
tools.

With an international recognized certification by National Career Development


Association (NCDA, which is a division of American Counselling Association), Career
Development Alliance (CDA) and Mindler; backed by learning and collective
experience of leading industry experts and leading career coaches across the globe
for incomparable training & support.

3. What do you want to do after the ICCC program? (Please explain your short-
term goals after completing the ICCC certification)  (Minimum 50 words)

After the completion of the ICCC program I will be fulfilling my long cherished dream
of helping students and other relevant individuals to make informed career decisions.
With the ICCC certification coalesced with my vast experience in varied Industries in
different positions, I will be equipped with much better judgemental skills in
interpreting psychometric assessment of individuals. Furthermore, I will also have
the advantage of real-life knowledge of the latest career counselling techniques that
work. Henceforth, after gaining ICCC certification, I am foreseeing to start with as an
Online Career Counsellor to help any student across areas like stream selection in
schools, career selections, entrance exams, education boards, overseas
applications, preparing for interviews, all of which play a major role in any student's
journey.
