AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING OF TRANSFEREE

We, KENNY ANG MARTIJE AND KEVIN ANG MARTIJE, both of


legal ages, Filipinos with residence and postal address at Davao City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
say:

THAT we are the buyers/transferees of a certain parcel of land,


situated at Lampianao, Calinan, Davao City with an area of 40,000 square
meters embrace in Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-403270 of the Registry
of Deeds of Davao City;

THAT our entire landholding here in Davao City, and within the three
(3) provinces Davao and in the entire Philippines does not exceed FIVE (5)
hectares, the limit imposed by law particularly RA 6657, otherwise known as
the Comprehsensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP);

That we are executing this Affidavit to inform the proper authorities


concerned, most especially the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial
Office of Davao City of the foregoing facts;
