Noe Nieto Cardenas owns two parcels of land in Digos City, Davao del Sur. According to a temporary measurement, one parcel was 139 square meters and the other was 160 square meters. However, a final survey approved by the Land Management Bureau found the 139 square meter parcel to actually be 148 square meters (Lot 18-B) and the 160 square meter parcel to actually be 220 square meters (Lot 18-D). Cardenas executed this affidavit to inform the proper authorities of these facts regarding the size of the two parcels.

AFFIDAVIT

I, NOE NIETO CARDENAS of legal age Filipino, married to Editha Cardenas and residing in
Barangay Zone III, Digos City, Davao del Sur in accordance with law do, hereby depose and say:

That I am the same person who caused for the execution of this instrument.

That I am an owner, possessor and occupant of two parcels of land situated at Mabini Extension,
Zone III, Digos City, Davao del Sur with Tax Declaration no. 17-0001-09270 and 17-0001-08875 with
the Office of the City Assessor.
That my occupancy therein is peaceful and undisturbed and no person has an adverse claim on that
parcel of land described above since I occupied until present.

That based on temporary measurement conducted by personnel from the Office of L.O.I 807 the
area of the two lots are 139 square meters with Tax Declaration no. 17-0001-09270 and the other one
has an area of 160 square meters with Tax Declaration no. 17-0001-08875A.

That on final survey approved by the Land Management Bureau, Department of Natural Resources,
Region XI, Davao City, the area having One hundred thirty nine (139) square meters has a correct area
of One hundred forty eight (148) square meters known as lot no. 18-B and the other one which has an
area of One hundred sixty (160) square meters has a correct area of Two hundred twenty (220) square
meters known as lot no. 18-D in the approved survey.

That I am executing this affidavit to apprise concerned authorities as to the truthfulness and veracity
of the foregoing facts.
In witness whereof, I hereby affixed my signature this ____ day of March 2021 at Digos City,
Davao del Sur, Philippines.
