AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

We, SPS. ROBERTO BONIFACIO V. GAN and JULIA A. GAN,


both of legal age, Filipinos, and are residents of Davao City,
Philippines, herein represented by virtue of Special Power of Attorney,
EDGARDO ROMERO ALOLOD, after being sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and say that:

1. We are the lawful owner of a parcel of land with a total


area of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETEEN (719) square meters,
more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
146-2025000936, issued by the Registry of Deeds for City
of Davao;

2. As per verification of the Landbank of the Philippines,


General Santos City Branch, the Lot No. inadvertently
entered by the Registry of Deeds for the City of Davao in
the new Transfer Certificate of Title No. 146-2025000936
as “LOT NO. 11-G-8-C”. However, in the Deed of
Absolute Sale, Tax Declaration of said property was “LOT
NO. 11-C-8-C”;

3. The correct Lot No. for said property is “LOT NO. 11-C-8-
C” and not “LOT NO. 11-G-8-C”;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


above facts and for the whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
