Ford, Toyota make for an interesting hybrid

Ford F-150 truck with Toyota technology under the hood? Yes, it could happen as Ford and Toyota collaborate on the development of an advanced new hybrid system for light trucks and sport utes. This agreement brings together the capability of two global leaders in hybrid vehicles and hybrid technology to develop a better solution more quickly and affordably for our customers, said Derrick Kuzak, Ford group vice-president, Global Product Development. Ford achieved a breakthrough with the Ford Fusion Hybrid, and we intend to do this again for a new group of truck and SUV buyers customers we know very well. Infiniti has announced plans to double its Infiniti Performance Line lineup of premium performance vehicles next spring with the addition of a 2013 IPL G Convertible. The IPL G Convertible announce-

The U.S. price tag is a princely $229,000.
