Creation
What is PNR?
• A Passenger Name Record, PNR contains
the details of a passenger’s reservation,
and other information related to
passenger’s trip.
• Each PNR consists of a collection of
information items called elements.

• TKTL – Ticketing Time Limit
– This is to set OPTION (deadline) for the

– This means that the reservation will be
cancelled on the given OPTION if the ticket is
not issued
