The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses ROLAND MARANAN of the crime
of Trafficking in Persons under Section 4 par. (a) and (e), in relation to Section 6 par. (c) of
Republic Act No. 9208, as amended, committed as follows:

That on the 29th of September 2020, in the City of Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines,
and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, did then and
there, voluntarily, unlawfully, feloniously recruited, transported and provided the trafficked
victim Phoebe Beluang for the purpose of prostitution.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
