INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor II of Iligan City accuses HABIB U.


SIMBAN of the crime of VIOLATION OF RA NO. 10364, committed as
follows:

That sometime in 2016 and thereafter, in the City of


Iligan, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, said accused, did then and there,
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously offered and/or provided
KALIDA M. HAMED (16 years old minor) for the
exploitative purpose of prostitution and/or to engage in
prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation.

Contrary to and in violation of Section 3(a) in relation to Sections


4(a) and 6 of RA 9208, as amended by Section 3(a) in relation to
Sections 4(a) and 9 Republic Act No. 10364 or the "Expanded Anti-
Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012″.

I certify that I have conducted preliminary investigation in the


above-entitled case; that on the basis of the sworn statements and
other evidence submitted before me, there is reasonable ground to
believe that a crime of Violation of Section 3(a) in relation to Sections
4(a) and 6 of RA 9208, as amended by Section 3(a) in relation to
Sections 4(a) and 9 Republic Act No. 10364 has been committed and
that accused is probably guilty thereof; that accused was informed of
the complaint against her and given the opportunity to submit
controverting evidence.
