• Able to read instrument Data Sheets for various field instruments, Preparation of Instrument list,
review of P&I Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Work with latest protocol and solid domain knowledge of handling instrumentation such as:
foundation field bus and hart communicators (HART 375), instrument loop testing, functional
test, calibration & commission activities in process area instruments.
• Familiar with installation of field instruments and advance types instruments calibration, tubing
cabling and cable tray work, instruments support, control panel installation.
• Working with different types of pressure & flow smart transmitter, calibration with multi-
functional calibrator.
• Calibration & checking of flow meters like turbine flowmeter, magnetic flowmeter, rotameter.
• Calibration of different level transmitter like a DP type, level troll, displacer, radar, capillary type.
• Calibration of temperature transmitter (TT) using decade resistance box.

• Installing & servicing of fire alarm systems, smoke detection linear heat detection and Gas
detection systems, fire suppression and extinguishing agent and sprinklers, water spray
systems interfaced with fire alarm panels.
• Testing and troubleshooting of SIMPLEX 4100ES USA addressable fire alarm panel, control
rooms, and SILVANI CS 400-R fire alarm panels and systems.
• Testing and troubleshooting of fire extinguishing agent’s solenoid valves, directional valves
and pressure switches, sprinklers, water spray and deluge valves systems interfaced with fire
alarm systems in the substations, control rooms and transformers.
