Objectives must be met over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To

lessons, exercises, and remedial activities may be done for developing content
knowledge and competencies. These are assessed using Formative Assessment
strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and
enable children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives
shall be derived from the curriculum guides.

so that students will learn well. Always be guided by demonstration of learning by
the students which you can infer from formative assessment activities. Sustain
learning systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new
things, practice their learning, question their learning processes, and draw
conclusions about what they learned in relation to their life experiences and previous
knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for each step.

ATI-ATIHAN -a festival celebrated by rejoicing


and energetic merriment on the streets in
honor of Santo Niño at Kalibo, Aklan.

SINULOG-the festivals that commemorates


the acceptance of Christianity of the Filipino
people specifically Catholicism to replace
their belief of animalism. A traditional
celebration every third Sunday of January at
Cebu City.

DINAGYANG-a thanks giving celebration that


showcases the rich heritage, colourful history,
passionate devotion and fun-loving spirit of
the Ilonggo people in honor of Senyor Santo
Niño at Ilo-ilo.

SANTACRUZAN - (Flores de Mayo)

biggest festival celebration that portrays


characters depicting personality and role that
is usually recognized by an icon or symbol
they carry during the parade or procession
every 30th day of May. Usually it is also
celebrated with flower offerings for the
blessed Virgin Mary in Catholic churches.
