THIS is the last WILL and Testament of me, MR. IRFAN HASAN SYED, aged 45 years,
residing at, Flat No. A-303, 3 floor, 309/319,
Qamar Enclave, Rambhau Bhogale Marg, Opp. Mafatlal Mills, Ghodapdeo,

Mumbai-400 010. I hereby revoke all forms of wills and codicils and other

testamentary dispositions by me at any time here before made and declare

this to be my last will. It will take effect after my death.

I say thatI am the lawful Owmer /Occupier in respect of Flat No. 201,

2h floor, Bhima Tower, Sector-50, Plot No.l09, 2 floor, Darave, Seawood

(W), Opp. Magnus Tower, Navi Mumbai-400706, (hereinafter referred to as

the "SAID FLAT") and holding Share Certificate No. 05, holding 10 shares

for the sum of Rs.50/- each, vide distinctive Nos. from 41 to 50 (both

Inclusive) and I am the only entitled person to the said flat.

Enclave, as mentioncu herein above which is my-cC1 acquired property.

And I hereby appoint my said unmarried sister MISS. PARVEEN HASAN SAYED, as my sole
executor of this my will who will be entitled to

obtain probate without being required to furnish any security, as metioned

above.
