Greetings!
SH-Iloilo Invitational Basketball League will be having its first
conference this year. In this regard, being one of the chosen guest
teams/ball clubs, the organizers and its partners would like to
invite your team/ball club on the said tournament which is to be
held at The Sports Hub-Iloilo, Brgy. Tanza Bay-bay, Iloilo City
this April 2023.
The important details of the League are as follows:
PLAYER QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY
1. COMMERCIAL AND ACTIVE VARSITY PLAYERS are NOT ELIGIBLE to
play in the League. In case of ambiguity whether a player is a
Commercial and/or Active Varsity Player, the matter should be
decided by the majority vote of the Tournament Committee. The
decision of the Tournament Committee, once promulgated, is final
and not appealable.
2. A PLAYER SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN FIVE (5) FEET AND TEN (10)
INCHES IN HEIGHT.
The device to be used in measuring the height of players should
be the official measuring tape/tool provided by the Tournament
Committee.
The manner of measuring the height of a player should be decided
by the Tournament Committee by a majority vote.
In case of ambiguity as to the height of the player, the matter
should be decided by the majority vote of the Tournament
Committee. The decision of the Tournament Committee, once
promulgated, is final and not appealable.
3. It is encouraged that each team should be composed of bona
fide members of their respective team/ball club in order to
promote camaraderie among them and solidarity of their respective
team/ball club.
REGISTRATION FEE AND BOND
1. There should be a Registration Fee for each team amounting to
TEN THOUSAND (10,000.00) PESOS;
2. There should be a BOND for each team amounting to THREE
THOUSAND (3,000) PESOS. The said bond shall be applied to unpaid
penalty/ies fee/s, if any, during the tournament. The said bond
shall be refundable if not applied by the Tournament Committee
in the team’s and/or individual player’s tournament fee/s and/or
penalty/ies.
3. The said REGISTRATION FEE shall be paid one week before the
opening of the league or at an agreed date during the final
meeting.
On the other hand, the BOND should be paid together with the
submission of the Registration Form.
4. “No Payment of Registration Fee and Bond, No Play Rule” should
strictly be applied.

CHAMPION 20,000 + TROPHY
RUNNER-UP 10,000 + TROPHY
3RD PLACE 3,000 + TROPHY
LEAGUE’S MOST 3,000 + TROPHY
VALUABLE PLAYER
(MVP)
The Tournament Committee hereby guarantees that there should be
no reduction of prizes.
For further details, kindly see the attached Rules and Guidelines
herein.
If you wished to join the League, kindly fill up and submit the
attached Registration Form on or before April 15, 2023.
Please note that the maximum teams that may join the League is
only sixteen (16). Thus, the team who first to submit their
Registration Form and paid the Bond will be given the priority.
