First and foremost, I would like to thanks those who are involve in this work
immersion the K to 12 Curriculum. The teachers who are guided us on securing and
make sure that we finish our documents in Work Immersion. The teachers who are
conduct a Pre – oral Immersion Orientation before we undergo to an actual place which
we are assigned by school.
I would like also to thanks Sir Alex SAsabo to his AFNC Metal and Steel works
repair shop.Thank you for the skills and knowledge that I have gained, To his wife and
son for being friendly to us for making us laugh when we were talking or just having fun.
To those who I haven’t mentioned thank you so much to all of you. I have so many
learning I have learned in working.
Once again thank you to those who are involve in this Working Immersion who
conducted of this Working Immersion to Sir Alex and to his wife. Thank you for all your

INTRODUCTION
Work Immersion is the part of the Senior High School Curriculum which the
Grade 12 students will undergo to the actual workplace provided or assigned by the
school. Work Immersion is done outside the school campus.
The importance of Work Immeersion is must be having a venue that the students
will improve their skill, knowledge at work, and having more values through
experiencing the real working. Importantly, if your are working you should be positive
person so that the people around you will be a positive person too and you should
listen when your supervisor or other staff are talking to you.
The impact of the Work Immersion to the grade 12 are very useful in the future
and our dailylife because it imroves our performances in everday task it’s either in
school or house, and enhanced or developed ourv skills. We are also more aware of
showing our positive attitudes towards other people.

OVERALL REFLECTION AND SELF APPRAISAL
During my work experience at your shop , I was fortunate enough to have experienced
firsthand and many different side of what goes into project, the general process of how the
project is initially planned, developed and completed as well as how much work and detail goes
into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned during the 10 days. Were many
different types of work in mechanics that has perform, which in turn, have provided me with
more insight into the different types of rules, regulation and responsibilities that I could
perform, as a work immersion student. More difficulties that comes in my work but workless in
my minded encountered that comes to our life daytime in during my work immersion and I
don’t forget to my partner that he taught me what would I do during my work training.
Immersion on highlights individual’s self- awareness and rovides a deeper understanding of
their interest and streghths in work environment. It guides as individual’s career choice by
matching their and personality with various job. From an internal mobility persective immersion
can facilitate people’s development within a company and encourage those who are looking for
growth and changes.

immersion opportunities workplace or hand-on experience, and additional learning
resiurces.I hope you’re having a fantastic day reading all these portfolios.I cannot
imagine anything more exciting.Below you will find a completion of the world I have put
together this semester. I have an enlighten experience sharphening writing skills, and
being able to write about to write about topic.I find interesting,those that make me

OBSERVATION AND INSIGHTS
Work Immersion is an implement construct of job simulation where the students
can apply what they have learned throughout their Senior High School years. Handling
them role that is the best suited in their field of specialization and testing their
responsiveness in their line of interest, thus giving them a brief outlook in their possible
future career which will also serve as their training grounds to have experience and to
be prepared for the long run I’ve known that work immersion expose in my students, in
actual workplace setting it provides awareness and understanding because within this
activity learners can nurture and enrich our compentencies and insight at an early stage.
Work immersion are efforts, time, interest, purpose, objective and willingness to learn
and to accomplish the task given; and especially to comply within the given deadline.
Students time is an important thing that’s why student have to make use of their time
wisely, their determination must remain intact and must never wane off. Work

efficiently, and also being flexible follower. Being modest, diligent and during the hours

DURATION AND PLACE OF WORK IMMERSION
Work immersion refers to the part of Senior High School
(SHS)Curriculumconsisting of 80 hours of hands- on experience on work stimulation
which Grade 12 students will undergo to expose them to actual workplace setting and
to enrich the competencies provided by the school under the supervision of the
school.Head and the designated personnel of the partner.Immersion is done outside the
school campus in a “Workplace Immersion Venue” define as “the place where work
immersion of the students is done’. Examples of work immersion venues includes
office,factories, shop and project sites.”What could lead to confusion is the world
“immersion” actually has two meaning, in K-12. The first meaning refers to requires SHS
subject in the curriculum. The second meaning refers not a subject but to preferred
mode of delivery of Tech-Voch subjects.In the Curriculum Guides posted on the
DepEdwebsite ,the word “immersion”occurs in the Specialized Subjects of the tracks.
(Academic,Technical –Vocational –Livelihood or TVL,Sports, and Arts&Design.)Grade 13
Senior High School Students have started their work immersion related to their selected
academic tract or selevetedcocationalcourse.The immersion train students and
strengthen their skill or expertise for their work in the future.
OBJECTIVES OF THE WORK IMMERSION
Immersion can be used as a facilities tool for career counseling for
students, especially those in professional course. By placing them in the real
world work scenario , it gives them an opportunity to explore the kinds of task
and activities they would like to do.Immersion also matches the candidate’s
profile with a list of occupations, which can be used as a references point for
exploring opportunities.Immersion highlights individual’s self- awareness and
environment.It guides an individual’s career choice by matching their interest and
personalities with various job. From an internal mobility perspective immersion
can facilitates people’s development within company and encourage those who
