 Where are you calling from?


 How did you get my information?
I am calling from Claim Management Company (ACHL), We collect the information from all different
sources for all those people who have had an accident in last one year but have not been compensated
yet. Since we got your number in the list, that’s why we are phoning you today.

 What are your sources?


Our sources are like, CCTV, Police Stations, Hospitals, GPs and most of all we conducts the online surveys
on facebook and goolge.

 I don’t have any accident?


 I don’t remember anything about my previous accident?
Try to remember, It could be just a minor accident when someone into your car from back or either side
and it wasn’t your fault?

Maybe someone of your family member or friend had an accident and you were sitting there as a
passenger.

 How much do you charge?


 What is your benefit in it?

That sounds good, But I am not talking for the major injuries, GOD FORBID ! I am just talking about the
minor injuries like whiplashes or neck or back pains. As these are the slow pains and can popup anytime
in between next one/two years, that’s why government have allowed this long time to claim for an
accident. OR

Whenever there is an accident, there is always a jerk involved in it. And soft tissues of your body may get
disturb. Which may cause the neck or back pains.

 You already have my details, Then why are you phoning me?
 You are phoning me, you must tell me when did I had the accident?
We are working under the Data Protection Act which means we only get the piece of information that
this is the person who had the accident and we only get the phone number. It’s you who have the details
about the accident. So it works other way round, you will have to share the details with us.
