AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, NICOLAS M. CLAVEL, of legal age, Filipino, married to MA. AUBREY P.


CLAVEL, and a resident of Brgy. Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and say:

1. That, I am the owner of a certain parcel of land covered by Transfer


Certificate of Title No. 090-2015004033 and located at Brgy.
Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, Philippines, with a particular description
hereto attached as “ANNEX A”;

2. That, the said parcel of land was acquired through a Deed of Absolute
Sale executed between me and my wife MA. AUBREY P. CLAVEL and
NENITA B. EVANGELISTA dated May 13, 2018, notarized and duly
entered into the Notarial Register of Atty. Mayla O. Alborete-Fermin
and docketed as Doc. No. 128, Page No. 27, Book No. XI, Series of
2018;

3. That the said property is still registered in the name of NENITA B.


EVANGELISTA and from whom we acquired the said real property;

4. That since the time we acquired the said real property, we enjoyed the
fruits thereof, paid the necessary real property taxes, and exercised
rights of ownership and possession, including the introduction of
various improvements thereon;

5. That as above-stated, I hereby confirm, attest, and affirm that I the


said real property at Brgy, Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, free from liens and
encumbrances, and my possession over the same has never been
disturbed nor any adverse claim had been established;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to confirm, attest and affirm to the


truth of the aforementioned facts and whatever legal purposes this
affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affix my hand and signature
