“RESOLUTION TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND PESOS (P9,000.00)
FROM THE BARANGAY FUND DEPOSITED AT LBP CAUAYAN BRANCH, CAUAYAN CITY,
ISABELA AS PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT OF AIR-CONDITION FOR
THE NEW BARANGAY HALL OF SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay recognized and prioritized the need for to pay the purchase
of One (1) unit of air-condition for the new Barangay Hall of San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay recognized and prioritized to provide a comfortable office
area for the barangay officials, and staff for a more effective governance and public service to the
constituents of Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela;

WHEREAS, there is a need to withdraw the amount of P9,000.00 from the Barangay fund deposited at
the LBP Cauayan City Branch Cauayan City, Isabela as payment for the purchase of One (1) unit of air-
condition for the new barangay hall of San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela;

WHEREFORE, upon unanimous accord it was ----

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to withdraw the amount of P9,000.00 from the Barangay fund,
deposited at the LBP Cauayan Branch, Cauayan City as payment for the purchase of One (1) unit of air-
condition for the new Barangay Hall of San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the City Accountant and
to the Office of the City DILG for their information and approval,

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: This 11th day of April, 2015, at Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City,
Isabela.
