postal address at Barangay Libod, Pandan Catanduanes is under probation.

Further this certifies that the aforementioned name was planted and nurtured one-
hundred (100) pieces Mangrove Tree at sea-lake area Barangay Del Norte, Pandan,
Catanduanes.

Furthermore, the said tree-planting completion was attested by the Sangguniang


Barangay Honorable Orlando B. Bruzola.

This Certification is issued upon request of Mr. Eugenio Zuniega for whatever
legal purpose it may best served.
