Join our International Cultural Celebration!
Dear International Students,
We hope this email finds you full of energy and enthusiasm in your academic
journey here at the Universidad Peruana Unión. As a warm and welcoming
community, we are excited to invite you to a planned event that aims to
celebrate our diverse cultural roots and foster meaningful connections among
students from all around the world.
This event is specially organized for all international students studying at the
Universidad Peruana Unión. It is an excellent opportunity to make new friends,
experience different cultures, and create unforgettable memories. We will gather
at the university's sports fields. This beautiful outdoor space provides the
perfect setting for our cultural fiesta.Mark your calendars for July 27th and 28th,
from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We have carefully selected these dates to ensure
maximum participation and a fun experience for everyone. We have prepared
an exciting program of activities for the day, ensuring to showcase the rich
tapestry of our international community:
To start, we will kick off the event with a vibrant cultural parade, where
participants can proudly showcase their traditional costumes and display the
flags of their countries.
At the same time, various booths will be set up, each representing different
countries with delicious foods and beverages. It will be a gastronomic journey
around the world!
Afterwards, we will have a series of captivating performances on our main
stage. If you are interested in performing a traditional dance, singing a song, or
sharing any other talent from your home country, we encourage you to
participate and showcase your unique skills.
Next, we will organize fun games and interactive activities in which everyone
can participate, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork among all attendees.
Later, there will be a live band playing a mix of global melodies, creating a lively
and festive atmosphere.
Finally, we will conclude the event with an emotional group photo to capture the
magical moments we shared throughout the day.
To make this event a great success, we encourage you to bring your
enthusiasm, open minds, and a sincere willingness to interact with one another.
If you have any traditional clothing or accessories that you would like to
showcase during the parade or on stage, feel free to bring them along. As for
organizing the event, we are actively seeking volunteers to help with various
tasks, such as decorating the venue, managing the booths, and coordinating
activities. If you would like to lend a hand, please let us know by responding to
this email.
We are truly excited about this vibrant celebration of cultures and the
opportunity to learn from each other's diverse roots. It's an event you won't want
to miss!
