I also acknowledge the fact that the house that I currently occupy at 21 Efon
Alaye Street Shasha Oguntade Lagos has been sold to a new owner in the
person of Mr Olugbenga Stephen who has taken possession and I was properly
informed vide a letter dated 19/10/2020.
That the sum of N30,000 being my yearly rental sum in the above property
that I currently occupy was given to me to aid me to secure another
apartment.
I am willing by this acknowledgement to vacate and give up possession of the
said one room apartment that I occupy at the above-mentioned address on or
before the 31st of December 2020.
That by receiving the sum of N30,000(thirty thousand naira), I agree and
acknowledge that the new owner of the property shall enter the said property
on the 31st of December 2020 without any recourse to me whatsoever.
