Subject: Notice to Vacate the House Due to Planned Renovations

Dear Tenant,

This letter is to formally notify you that the room will undergo planned renovations. As a result,
we will require the premises to be vacated in order to ensure the safety of all parties and to allow
the work to be completed efficiently.

This letter serves as a 3-month notice for you to vacate. The required vacate date will be
January 31, 2025, with the notice period commencing from November 1, 2024.

Please ensure that all personal belongings are removed, and the room is left in a clean and well-
maintained condition before the vacate date. We will coordinate the final inspection of the
property with you prior to your departure.
