CS 05 Calibration

1. Turn the calibration switch to the ON position and press the Fn and CAL buttons simultaneously to enter calibration mode. 2. Input the meter's rating in kilograms and the division value. Then calibrate the zero point. 3. Load weights onto the weighing platform and enter the value once it has stabilized. The meter will then display if calibration was successful.

Calibration switch shall be put on ON place when calibrating;


calibration switch is located at lower left corner of indicator front panel, spin the lead
sealing screw at anticlockwise direction to open.
ON: facing to display panel, turn the DIP switch to right, means calibration.

1.Turn the calibration switch to the ON position, press the Fn and CAL buttons at the same time,
the meter displays CAL x, see the figure below

Press the Enter button to confirm


Display the digital input as shown below，Press the Enter button.

Display the digital input according to the figure below, the division value is 10kg, and the meter
increases or decreases according to the weight of each 10kg，Press the Enter button.

Input range (the figure below assumes 70t), press OK, Input the range according to the actual
situation on site，Press the Enter button.
Calibration zero (tare)，Press the Enter button.

Wait for the countdown 10S to display the following image

Load weights to the weighing platform, press the Enter button to confirm after the weighing
platform is stable，（Alternatives can be used in place of weights）
After waiting for 10s, the following picture will be displayed. Assuming a weight of 700kg, enter
a weight of 700kg. Press the Enter button.

After the first calibration is completed, the following figure is displayed. Press the zero button to
exit. Calibration ends.
