Course Description:

The course is designed for uniformed personnel intended to become


Field Training Officer (FTO) in handling the Field Training Exercise/On the
Job Training of Police Trainees. It aimed to produce well-trained FTO
equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to become a competent
FTO able to contribute to the PNP organization in producing credible police
officers. It focuses in human rights, gender awareness and moral
transformation; leadership; concept and phases of field training program.
