‘That the petitioner Saidus Saba Salma shall get 25% of the claimed
‘amount and 75% of the claimed amount shall be received by Salma
Khatoon. The Succession Certificate would be prepared and handed over
to Salma Khatoon. Thus Succession Certificate merely enable the person
to collect the dues of the deceased. No status was conferred on the person
hereby.
‘The Railway shall disburse the dues of Late Zaki Anwar Khan as
per succession certificate 25% shall go directly in favour of Saidus Saba
Salma and 75% to Salma Khatoon and Salma Khatoon shall distribute the
amount to the heirs and legal representative of Late Zaki Anwar Khan
made as defendants in this case.
