Anytime the 7th lord or Venus aspect the ascendant by transit or transiting the ascendant, that period will be the time when you will
meet the spouse, it become even stronger when Venus and the 7th lord both influence the ascendant. The questions is do you look
at it from the ascendant or the moon? from the ascendant will confirm the situation that is happening, from the moon it shows the
fulfillment of that situation if both ascendant and moon support the similar situation then things will happen, otherwise you might just
meet someone but it may be one or two dates or temporary relationship.
