House Rules

Please be sure to notify UVALYN OR ASHTON_ for any visitation of Friends or family member WE have never met.
Friends and family are allowed to visit but absolutely no overnight stay
The rent is due and payable on the first day of each month. There will be a Late fee of $50 if Rent is late without any notice of at
least one week. (ONCE YOU HAVE Viewed the Room, agreed to rent, and made a deposit there is no refund. The only exception
would be if we were unable to provide you with what was advertised.
(1) Be sure to clean up after yourself In Kitchen & Bathroom after every use at all times.
(2) No left over food is allowed to be left anywhere out in bedrooms to prevent odors and rodents.
(3) Room must be kept clean at all times to discourage mice, insects and unwanted odors.
(4) No wearing of outdoor shoes inside the house.
(5) The garbage is of the responsibility of ALL Tenants and should be put out and sorted in the designated area.
(6) Laundry is allowed 1 load a week or 2 loads every other week.
(7) Things such as shoes, bags, floor mats and over size comforters are not allowed in washing machine or dryer
(8) To prevent unwanted odors please keep all dirty clothing in a hamper/basket or laundry bag.
(9) Only showers are allowed no baths please
(10) Please note that excess usage of utility will result in an increase of Rent
(11) Be sure all electrical devices are turned off or unplug when not in use and while you are away from the house.
(12) Be sure all lights are turned off at all times when not in use
(13) No portable heaters used inside the room without consent from the Owner
(14) Loud noise: such as Music, Computer Games, excessive loud talking, TV, etc... Is not allowed
(15) No cooking is allowed after 10pm each day/night

There will be absolutely No Toleration for the fallowing Situation which will result in immediate termination of
occupancy with no refunds.
● Smoking in room or any other parts of the house

● Use of illegal substances of any kind

● Involvement with criminal activity

● Stealing

● Absolutely No Pets

● The use of profanity or dirty languages

● A minimum of a four month stay is required or your last month rent will be forfeited
● 60 days’ notice is required when you have decided to end your occupancy or your last month subjected to be forfeited

● With the exception of normal wear and tear the Room must be returned in the same condition it was given. Once you have
given your notice to move, the room must be kept clean and tidy for the viewing of potential candidates
● PLEASE NOTE that if you are negligent and cause damage to any part of the property, you will be responsible to pay
for Parts and labor. Your cooperation is appreciated thank you.
